Located in a Gründerzeit building, this 120 sqm apartment had lost a lot of it's original charm. Nora changed the layout for a more spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a bigger bathroom plus a guest wc. Original elements like the flooring were restored and complemented by new terrazzo tiling and replicated hardware.
